During the IFCO fair held this week, serving as the Russian Digital Marketing Agency and hosting a distinguished group of 20 leading media partners from Russia was an experience of profound significance for me. Welcoming them to our country and showcasing the warmth of Turkish culture was not merely a professional duty, but a genuine act of building bridges between nations.
IFCO was not simply an exhibition; it was a tangible stage for vision, effort, and collaboration. The process was undoubtedly exhausting. Yet, in the shadow of this exhaustion emerged an invaluable sense of fulfillment—one that no metric or figure could ever match. True success, I have come to realize, lies not only in measurable outcomes but also in the emotions it cultivates.
This fulfillment reminded me once again that our work is far more than marketing strategies and campaigns. It is about earning trust, fostering friendships, and creating cultural bridges that pave the way for future partnerships. Witnessing this materialize at IFCO was both a source of pride and renewed strength.
I must extend my deepest gratitude to the İTKİB team, to Chairman Mustafa Paşahan, to Mr. Fatih Zengin, and to all my colleagues who stood beside me throughout this journey. Their support and dedication transformed this initiative into a shared achievement.
What makes spiritual success more valuable than numbers is precisely this sense of unity. Though fatigue is inevitable, each time I find new strength to continue. Because every accomplishment ignites within me a renewed determination to go further. As Albert Camus reminds us in The Myth of Sisyphus:
“The struggle itself toward the heights is enough to fill a man’s heart. One must imagine Sisyphus happy.”
When I first encountered Camus’s words years ago, they felt like a philosophical reflection. Today, through lived experience, they carry a much deeper resonance. To carry the stone to the summit again and again, to tire yet continue, and to discover joy within this cycle—this is what my professional journey resembles.
Spiritual success is the most powerful fuel that makes fatigue disappear. And with this fuel, I am more determined than ever to pursue even greater projects.
